It wouldn't be a bad idea to run it at the end of your cycle with HCG , or after post cycle therapy (pct) is over and then run Igf-1. But I like to run it the last month of my cycle on workout days shot in the muscle worked that day.....but split up. Like , 20mcg in the right bicep and 20mcg in the left bicep.
I did run it once by itself to see the effects and I was rock hard 24/7......incredible
