IGF-1 LR3 should I wait to eat like with hgh?

I know with HGH you need to wait to eat at least 30 minutes and even better an hour to eat after a shot. What about with IGF-1 LR3?

Also how far apart should I split up my hgh and IGF shots?

Dont think it matters with IGF-1 LR3. You can take it whenever. I always took it in the morning, but to be honest, I used to do all the IGF-1 peptides (LR3, Des, both together, etc) and I really never noticed much effect. I used 2x the dosage too and ran stuff for months. I know others swear by it, but I really did not notice much of an effect on size or strength, nor fat burning. Maybe if you took it with HGH it might synergize and give more of an effect than either alone.
