IGF 1 LR3 Site growth

I am starting IGF 1 LR3, very soon. Does IGF 1 LR3, really work for site growth. I read so many forums that have mixed reviews. Like say today i am doing back and im not going to shoot in my lats becasue i cant reach back there. Can i say hit my delts, would that still work.

I ran it before and injected my arms and they grew more than I expected. I now have one arm with atrophy due to a pinched nerve. Both arms were the same size and strength before. I'm going to run it again and just inject this weak arm and see what happens. Regardless tho with this peptide you have nothing to lose by doing a site injection, because even if there is no localized effect it will still enter you blood stream for a systemic effect anyway. Some guys even run it sub-q, so it really doesn't matter as long as you are getting into your system then you body will use it.

Than you here that it only enters the blood stream if you shoot it subq. If you shoot IM it doesnt enter the blood stream. Thats what i read, who knows.

I don't believe that because then we would be injecting steroids sub-q. But, yes some guy like IGF sub-q so apparently it works either way.
