Both together can be an excellent stack. Today's market however puts GH at almost double the price per month of IGF-1 (Long R3). I am at the very beginning of my third personal experiment with IGF-1 long R3.
If you are going to venture into that realm make sure you procure IGF-1 'Long R3' for your experiments or your animal won't enjoy the results associated with its administration. The 'long R3' version stays in the body longer than normal IGF-1 (which is waaay cheaper).
