What type of diet does this work best with.

High Carb/Mod Pro/Low Fat
High Pro/Low Carb/Mod Fat
ETC???

How has everyone been shooting?

I haven't used it but a Bro at FG did and he was doing 1 shot a day. You can start at 20-30mcg a day for 30 days then 30 off. Diet I don't know about but he said he was hungry all the time.

1.high protein mod carbs ,low fat ,i (depending what ur goals are )some shoot only post ,but once in the am and once post is best 20 mcg each time . im shots,ussualy the muscle thats been worked .
 
They are just little pokes with an insulin pin so its no biggie. I did it for 2 weeks at 60 mcg. per day in 2 shots. It made me very hungry and I seemed to crave carbs especially. It also made me tired. This was alleviated some when I switched to one shot before bed.

I shot it both subq and IM and preferred IM only because the subq shots left annoying little bumps like mosquito bites that stuck around for a week or so.

I thought it was great. You definately want to keep the protein high, and gain some good mass on it.
