I understand that IGF-I enhances protein anabolism. I have a couple of years of anabolic steroid use experience (Back in the day before I got lazy)I know that IGF-I works best when accompanied with an anabolic steroid. I'm 6'0, 205lbs. I plan to use 20 mcg for 4 weeks. I just want a few suggestions through your personal experience. What steroid works best with IGF-I?
 
I am on my 4th week of IGF, I was using 20mcg, and went up to 40mcg. I am also taking test with it. Good gains ! Very vascular, haved burned a great deal of fat off my abdominal area. Many peole have commented to me how my body looks it has seemed to change ! Good luck, make sure you take in enough carbs wit hit. I normally consume 110 carbs post workout (Carbo Force) immediately after training, I then take my injection of IGF. Then 1 hout later I consume another carbo force. It seems to be working for me ! Good luck !
 
You'll be wasting your money if you use 20mcg IMO,I'd bump it up to at least 40-50mcg PW. GOOD LUCK

Well, I've ran a m1t, 4AD cycle a couple winters back. Last winter I ran 10 weeks cycle of Test enanthate, running d-bol first 4 weeks. Thats pretty much it. I've ran a couple cycle of clen... Love that stuff.

If that's what he meant I would second that idea. I understand the concept of starting low and increasing dosage if needed but IMO 20mcg is a bit low to start with.
 
I ran two cycles in the past at 40mcg's/day. Didnt do much. Right now im running 80mcg's a day on solid diet, 400g protein a day minimum. I guess ill keep you updated.

Good thing to remember, 40mcg's a day is convenient because ifg is sold in 1mg intervals. isnt that funny how 40mcgs breaks into a cute little 25 day cycle? Its just a number born out of convenience. Doesnt mean 40mcgs is a "good" dose for everyone. Its a penny pincher dose that seems to work somewhat well for some. Id personally start with 40mcg's and do it legit - solid fucking diet no excuses. Youll gain something. 20mcg's is just too low imho.
 
I didn't get shit from 40, so I went to 60 which was a miricle.

I personally think gains can't happen EVER without the diet being perfect. I am not sure why you guys are making such an issue over diet with IGF.

Isn't 60 a little too much for my first time? Should I take it everyday or just on my workout days post workout? :wiggle:
 
People tell me 60 was a lot, but if 40 does nothing, what are ya gonna do? I took it 5 on 2 off, first thing in the morning, except on workout days, then I would do it imediately post workout.
