What up guys. newbie here.

Thinking of 50 mcg IGF post workout, spot pinned, and bilatterally as well. (and some aas's twice a week, of course. haha)

Any other suggestions?
 
IMO you spot injection and splitting the injection doesn't matter. I just do it all in one shot sub-q.

I also did 60mcg ed.
 
sub q? not me. But you think i should do 60mcg instead? Why dont you think spotting helps, your experience or from research?
