IGF1 DES - how to reconstitute

so i was given a 1mg vial and 1 5mg vial of IGF1 DES....but i dont know how to recon it....do i add 1ml of AA and 1ml of BAC? like you do with IGF1 LR3?

can someone help me recon a 1ml vial and 5mg vial...

also do i only shoot it in parts that i want to grow such as my shoulders, ill shoot 3x day there? if someone could explain the DES that would be very helpful, thank you....

please dont send me to a link ive read them and havent been able to get the info i need...
