I've been a lurker for at least 6 months and decided all the knowledge I've gained from reading countless studies and reading so many of people's personal experience I should become a member.
About me. 23 years old. Been lifting since I was 14-15. My father has had a remarkable home gym since I was a wee boy which is why I started when I was younger, I've since transfered to a large powerhouse gym closer to the office. Ive taken a couple "prohormone" cycles in my day with full pct every time. I'm currently 5'10-11, 190, 15% body fat (3 point caliper tested myself). Before I ruined my left rotator cuff 3.5 years ago I was 215 10%ish. I've been lifting hard again for a solid year now and slowly my former muscle is returning. In 6-12 months I plan to run my first real cycle.
My diet and workout protocol come from John meadows. I'm currently running his "creeping death" program and it is grueling.
