Dudes, sorry for this shitty newb post, but I'm super pissed at myself for taking such a long break and now I've lost gains, I've lost muscle mass, and most importantly I've lost fucking energy.
So, anyway - I'm saying NEVER AGAIN, no matter what.
I'll search and look around the forum for some good split methods. 4-5 days per week. no less than four days ... I'll hit the 5 X 5 method for compound exercises ...
BUT, in terms of supplements - I'm an unknowledgeble fool at the moment. Is Plasmavol still the best creatine mix out there ? What else would you recommend ?
Suggestions ?
