Need help...time for a little honesty please don't flame me

Ok I think it's time for me to be honest! I've received alot of help on here and in need of more help. I'm finna start a cycle of test*deca 350 and would like to know how to run it. I currently have two vials. Now the honesty part technically this is my first cycle but not 1st. I was introduced to aas by a guy I knew that didn't teach me right before I found this site. Me naive and not knowing I was like sure looking at his size I wanted that. He first started me on tren calling it nectar of the gods. Yes I was started on tren but my guy wasn't constant causing me to break cycle. 2nd go round was masteron, 3rd was he claim test and deca. With all these occurrences it's been hard for me to make gains on test alone. I've cycled test gained a few lbs nothing amazing no muscle mass just weight gain. I'll really like help on this test+deca cycle it's 200mg test 150deca yes I wish it was 200mg deca 150 test instead.

My stats: 5'7", 166lbs, don't know bf% but skinny slight tummy
 
You aren't gaining on test because you're running such low doses. You aren't big enough to cycle anyway. You should get your hormone levels checked to be sure they're still normal after all those half ass cycles. If not then try a como's restart. Then you need to worry about diet and training and gain twenty pounds NATURALLY before you cycle. Then when you do cycle run test alone at least at 500 mgs per week with an ai and proper pct. That is what everyone else will say because it's the correct way to do things. If you choose not to listen them quit complaining that you aren't gaining because it's your fault and yours alone

Not complaining about gains, just giving back drop on my past experiences to help further my future experience.
 
Go get your diet right and stày here and learn some before you head off and do something it still sounds like you should gain more knowledge and experience before you head off again good luck to you hope you find your way

Meal 1: 5 whole eggs 4whites, cup oatmeal, tsp flax oil
Meal 2: 10 oz baked chicken, 2 oz unsalted cashews, cup brown rice, cup broccoli or 14 aspargus spears
Meal 3: 06 oz baked chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 4&5: 2 scoops whey
Meal6: 10 oz beef, 3 whole eggs
 
I don't know where you are getting your test bro, but my first cycle was test only and I made dramatic progress in strength and size.I hope you have a new source.

I'm thinking its because of my previous half ass cycles being schooled on the wrong way instead of the right way
