Im back bros! Starting TEST E & CLEN for my 2nd cycle can u doods help me out tho! :)

Quick re-introduction:
26 year old.
215 lbs around 8 - 10%BF
Lifting on/off for 7 years but I've only been taking this shit SERIOUSLY for the last 2 years.

IM BACK BROS! Sooo I'm getting ready to start my second cycle...

...first cycle was just Test C for 12 weeks, had some great strength gains and got fat as shit, lol, but I have great reason to believe my gear was severely underdosed and BUNK, as I started out taking 600mg per week and couldn't get my test levels past 1,500..... anywho....

This time Ischus hooked it up with what's supposed to be some of the most potent shit on the market... I'll be running TEST E @ 500mg/wk (if it's truely as potent as people say, and if my other shit was truely underdosed then it should be plenty to get where i want to be, otherwise i'll bump to 600mg/wk) for 16 weeks...

MY QUESTION, however, is this....

I also got some Liquid Clen and would like to try it out on cycle to see if it can help me shed a ltitle extra bodyfat, my training and diet will be ON POINT so if the clen does what it's "supposed to", it will....
I've never messed with Clen so I'm just wondering how much I should be dosing and @ what times? I'm going to go with the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off so i'll do 2 or 3 runs with the clen during the course of my cycle depending on if I'm seeing results or not.

Also I hear some horror stories about Clen fucking with your heart and shit... as of now i take a shit load of stimulants on a daily basis (pre-workouts, coffee, monster)... I'm sure once my test kicks in i wont be needing those but just incase i were to still need energy drinks, is it safe to say i should no be mixing clen with any stimulants for the sake of my heart health?

100 ED for the 2 weeks then go off completely for the two weeks.

in the first round you can start lower and build your way up and find your tollerence. then in the second round start at whatever you feel like but dont go crazy.

IMO clen is over rated. On cycle i rekon a little GH is better keeps the BF down and running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for estro sides and bloat
 
IMHO i dont like the clen and test e combo

if i was gonna try and achieve what you want i would be running test prop, tren ace and a little HGH for an additional fat burn

Clenbuterol is excellent in post cycle therapy (pct) anticatabolic like. However, regardless of when taking the clen, do not use stimulants / caffeine / ephedra.
High blood pressure, tachycardia, arrhythmias, tremors, etc. (I was shaking so much, so much so that I could not drink from a cup)
Dosage: 2 day on / 2 day off or 2 week on / 2 week off
First week 80mcg/die
Second week 100mcg/die
120mcg/die third week.

Integrating with taurine to protect the heart, clenbuterol consumes a lot of taurine in your body.
 
i'm a bit confused bro as it seems u want to have ur cake and eat it too... u say u are 8-10% bf (just a couple % higher than pros on the olympia stage) and u still wanna shed some bf?? why? and if u do u should know before hand that u will lose a shit load of strength if u add clen in the mix... clen is catabolic, so if u are looking to hold onto mass and stay lean u are going down the wrong path. Try to stay around 10% if u can and put on some more mass... the only reason ever to be under 10% is if ur ready to compete in a show

test/tren combo would be much more suitable for the goals u seem to have

Ya Clen is hella catabolic and is bad for the heart. You get crazy shakes and easily winded. At 8-10% bf OS great why would you want any less?
 
yeah dude last two post are good info.. that shit makes me shake like crazy i dk if ill ever try it again... but if you do try it dont start with 100mcg build your way up.. 40 first two days 60 next two then 80 then 100 four a couple days.. people say there is no need to taper off.. but i did last couple days.

China I see your points, I guess I just want a little help with extra body fat and i want the most minimaly invasive (and cheapest) way to do it so i figured the clen drops were $35 so fuck it i'd give it a whirl. AAAAAND I'm far from competition shape i'm going off my last hydrostatic measurement for bodyfat which was like 5 months ago so let's say now I'm 12 - 13%BF, ALL OF WHICH I carry in my midsection and is the only reason why I want something to offer me a little help in the pursuit of destroying my belly fat because I BULLSHIT YOU NOT fellas, when I say my diet and training are One-Fucking-Hundered. Tren would be great but im a cheap ass and am just trying to avoid having to inject another compound. :/

Nothing more to say. Clen is shit, if you got fat and TT was low, did you ever consider estro? Have some aromisin on hand because high conversion of estro will make you puffy and keep TT lower, maybe not as low as yours was but sounds like it could have been part of your issue. Did I mention clen sucks, diet cuts BF, but no need at 8-10%
