Damm it I Love Fighting
After my brush with death last Monday 2/27/06, today a week and a half later it hurts like a MOFO!!. Went to the Doc today because I couldn't breeth or move, I was in real pain. The Doc. was an Internal Medicine specialist so he did make sure no organs where damaged and when he touched me right below my left nipple all hell broked loose. He tooked a set of new x-rays and there it was:

3 broken ribs Two on the left and one on the right :rant: :bawling:

o that means: Rest for couple of months, cut the cycle on my 5th week and start PCT, change my diet to 2500 cals.

I'm so happy to write this today. I went to the gym this mourning and I was very excited about today's workout because I was looking foward to chest day and to brake a personal record. Set went like this 225 X 10 reps, 255 X 6, 275 X 4 and 275 X 4. Just when I have finished the 4th one some how I put my left wrist straight and the shit went down on my chest like a car with no brakes.
The bar hit my chest fair and square from the top with the 138 pounds on my left side and then the right side. My chest cracked like a cookie and the pain, OHHHH the pain was hell. I'm good now. The swelling is there but no broken ribs or muscle tear, can't laugh or cough or sneeze but it's all good!!!!
 
What's up with only 2,500 calories/day?

This experience will make you stronger. Mentally stronger. :D

You are 100% right!

The 2500 cals will be because I will be resting a lot. No exercice for a while so I don't want to develope a gut of something and thanks guys for everything.
 
You should just eat as much as you can. Then you'll get really fat and you will get your work out from just walking around with all that extra fat, so when you start workin out again you can cut it off and have gained some muscle.

P.S. my friend said this was going to be his new routine. Not lift any weights just get really fat for like a year and a half then cut all the fat off and see what kind of muscle he gained.

I hope you heal quick dude i hear broken ribs hurt like a bitch.

I've gained 13 lbs on this cycle I will try to keep them somehow!
Broken ribs only hurt when you inhale so I'm trying not to :laugh3:
And yes the pain is so sharp that it gives you all the sympthoms of a hight fever including the chills. :crying:
