Im too skinny, need help gaining

Here is some diet advice. Eat EVERYTHING IN SIGHT.

Some people are telling you to eat egg whites for breakfast. Fuck egg whites. Eat whole eggs and put some cheese on them.

You should be aiming for 260g of protein per day, about 45g per meal over six meals per day. After you get your protein in you should eat like you are trying to erase all records of human existence.

For example, you drank a protein shake with 45 grams of protein in it. Alright, now that you have your protein out of the way I suggest that you eat stuff like pizza, cheese fries, peanut butter and jellies, anything with calories!!!

You need two things.
1. protein
2. calories

Don't listen to the egg white crowd. They think that you can get fat. Ask yourself this. Have you ever been even slightly pudgy a day in your life? Probably not. Would you be willing to trade that ethiopian six pack you're sporting for 20-30 pounds of muscle? You're fucking right you would!
