inches vs. lbs gained

Everyone has talked about (myself included) how much weight we have gained while on a cycle. What about inches of actual muscle growth. In the past 4 months i've put on about 25 lbs. About an inch on my arms. 2 inches on my calves and thighs. What's kinds of gains have you guys put on the past few months?

Well, 1.5" Biceps. 1.5" chest, 31" waist, 15% BF to 6.4% BF (Bod Pod Test) gains across the board and lost 4" on waist

I have a little bit of a hard time believing this gained 1.5" on arms and lost 4" on waist off one cycle if this is what you mean, what was your cycle of?

You must not have been near your genetic limit cus these gains seem too big to me.

TO OP:

20 LBS ON FIRST TEST CYCLE

1" ON ARMS
3" ON CHEST
3" ON SHOULDERS
2" QUADS

Now I will admit some of this weight is fat, but bodyfat has only gone up about 3%

that's kick ass results man, you must have far reaching genetic potential if you made those gains that quick. keep working and congrats.

DJOHNIED,

Wow he got some awesome results then lol

and yeah, I have good genetics for size, huge strong legs, big broad shoulders and chest, Don't have the smallest waist though and I don't rip up easy, hoping to one day step on a stage ;)

Genetics, muscle memory and plain nailing what works can result in Big Gains. I certainly hit some magic with GH, Test and Primo with a Var kickstart. My gains are so ridiculous I won't even say.

Brother, Let me tell you what has happened to me. First I got on this site and started reading EVERYTHING that CFM, Zeek, and the rest of the Vets said. I wrote notes. I then started overhauling my diet. I went from eating relatively bad to Steel Cut Oats, Cottage Cheese, Chicken, Steak, Whole Grains, Protein, and the like. MY BEST FRIEND is Fage Greek Yogurt. At 2 months I went up 100lbs in bench press (still cannot believe that) and I was strong and definitely cutting but I had not taken the Big Step yet. The last month while on Test Prop and GH (Rips) I went down to 150 Grams Carbs, 350 Grams of Protein, Good Fat at night and virtually NO Carbs after 2pm (MY DIET IS PERFECT!!). Meanwhile I have absolutely crushed the gym. I will say that I am BEYOND motivated and will NOT let anyone stop me from my Perfect ME. I am now on PCT and cannot wait till the next round. In fact I just Paid 4 PINN today!! Hope that answers your Q

FYI this guy knows almost if not Everything and Most things I know come from him!! Thanks again Mike

1.5" for arms in 2 months or so. Decent numbers for other bodyparts as well, have them written down, just don't remember. 40lbs in 3 months or so.

wow good for you dude, those are some crazy gains then. If you don't mind me asking what's your weight and BF%?

Weight was 185lbs at the end of the cycle and BF test on University BodPod was 6.4%. I can tell you this I feel incredibly lean. The secret is those carbs and fat !!

walking around daily with 6.4% bf is nearly impossible for more than a week... u do know that the pros on the Mr O stage are 5-6%bf right? u dont go from 15% to 6.4% and gain 1.5" on your arms, sure as hell not at 185lbs! not possible bro

i'm not saying that u definitely are lean, but let's be honest here... ;)

I agree.

Hell I'd have a hard time walking around under 12% for a long period of time. Just love that junk food :P

Hey Now I'm fucking sick of the Bullshit!! China you don't know EVERYTHING!! I'm pretty sure that everyone's genetics are different and there is NOT a cookie cutter answer to every single persons potential.

Here's the proof. Margin of error is +/- 2% so Ok its on the LOW side so Im 8.4% and as lean or leaner then I was when I took the test.

Now if your not satisfied I can take a pic of the scree shot showing 16" Bicep measurement and then 3-4 months ago 14.5" Biceps, and 35" real waist measurement to sub 31" this morning...

How about we go back to the rest of YOU sharing your Gains and STFU about mine!!!
