Inconsistencies with testosterone blood testing

Ok, in case any of you have read my most recent post about some odd bloodwork, I think it is finally becoming a little more clear. I was always under the impression that ALL testosterone tests were done using the LC/MS method. Apparently the hormone panel for females (which everyone seems to use) actually uses the Electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA). Would there REALLY be THAt much of a difference between the two assays? I know one only goes up to 1500, but that shouldn't matter on TRT dosing. I'm starting to think all my previous tests may be tainted now by inconsistencies. For me at least, the ECLIA test DEFINITELY overestimates test levels for me.

Also, would anyone happen to know if Nandrolone could be confused with testosterone using the ECLIA method?

Yep, nandrolone will fuck with the ECLIA test. Other than that though I haven't noticed any real inconsistencies between the two.

IIRC Tren will do something similar to the estradiol test.
