Yes it's true regarding smell. I think there is also a confidence boost that helps too.

Here are the updated photos. Now it's time to diet down the stomach get those abs. I love my delts and triceps.

Up to 194lbs. New photo update. Weight just went up preacher curls from 25lbs on each side to 35lbs on each side!

Trying hard to keep the diet clean!
