How about you post your eating and training routines vballplayer, that have not given you success in accomplishing your goals naturally?
I stopped getting emails about this thread so, sorry it took so long to resond. Here is what I typicaly eat in a day.
6:30 I eat 3 scrambled eggs in the morning with some sasuage and Two slices of toast. or a big bowl of oat meal with two slices of toast.
9-10am I bring a banna or apple and penuts for snacks
12pm Mc donalds double quarter pounder or something like that.
3pm two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
7-8pm Chicken breast or steak, some potatos
10 somtimes a late night snack. Peanuts or some fruit.
Work outs: I push myself hard when I work out.
Sunday Chest and Tri
Monday Legs
Tuesday off (play vollleyball)
Wed Back and Biceps
Thursday off (play volleyball)
Friday abs and Sholders
Sat off (Play volleyball tournament)
