Injecting fake shit ...

My biggest fear is injecting a fake oil, what would happen or would there be signs or symptoms if I were to inject fake gear such as vegetable oil (without knowing it of course) would my body just absorb it or would there be major problems ?

is there any way to tell other than testing ? Taste ? Most gear seems to taste alot like just plain old cooking oil ???? Unless there is a high concentration of Benzyl alcohol ...

I agree that is a pretty bold statement and some horrible advice. Many things can happen from injecting fake shit. It all depends on what your injecting. If your injecting sterile oil then no, nothing will happen. But if someone pisses in a bottle and you inject it then you may have some complications.
