Injecting forearms...

I'm blessed with popeye forearms. no help here. but I have never even heard of that.

that just seems you'd have to be a nut job to do that, i mean there any many bigger and less vascular muscles than your forearms... but hey, some people are crazy...lol

The muscle is way to thin there for me.

No need for me. The muscle to nerve/vein ratio is not nearly high enough to enitce me to shoot calves or forearms..not even with IGF.

I've done calves since mine are very large. Injection was fine, but I found the calves are a very non-optimal place to have post injection soreness. So no longer.

But today, I was about to do a vastus lateralis injection and I saw my vastus minimus (inside of thigh instead of outside) sitting there ... large enough. I saw lots of veins, but I could see where the veins are so that I could inject between them. So that is what I did. I'm planning to start a new thread about this soon.

Did the top of the forearms and the calves. I WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN! The pain was intense and lasted all week long!

Be careful if using a long pin. That nasty "F" word (femoral artery) runs the inside of the thigh.

The idea of injecting forearms scares me. I've been shooting calves this whole cycle, rarely hit nerves, almost painless, and very easy.

i stick strictly to glute/delt/quad...even the pec seems to sensative to me

lol I didnt know that veins only run on the outside of the muscle, i thought there were some on the inside that you cant see?!
