injection question

i am taking a shoot everyday, tren. i am also taking deca and cypinate once a week and b-12 twice a week. i mix everything in one pin everytime i do, i do quad, quad, ass, and ass. is 4 days between injections for each site ok?

I like to keep a week minimium between the same spot.

What I do is use three different spots on each of my quads, not to hard to do as you probably have a good 12" to divide up. I shoot high, middle and low, that leaves about 4" between each shot.

Something like this ;
day 1 - upper left quad
day 2 - upper right quad
day 3 - lower left quad
day 4 - lower right quad
day 5 - left glute
day 6 - right glute
day 7 - middle left quad
day 8 - middle right quad
day 9 - repeat

The key is to vary.

Why are you not shooting in your side and rear delts? Use a 25g 5/8" pin. That will give you four more sites to use.
