Injection Question

I was just wondering what happens if your needle is too long and you injected your gear to deep?

Same question for, what if its too short and you inject not deep enough?

This is a hypothetical question, i was just wondering what would happen...

If it is too short, and you inject into the fat, then the depot gets created in the fat and this is fine.

If it is too long....well...I guess it depends on what is on the other size of the muscle.

That is kind of a vague statement. What size needle is too long for what injection point?

if is longer than an 1 1/2 you are a better man than me.

I wouldn't want to hit a bone with a pin, or inject around and into connective tissue (ligaments), so I wouldn't suggest anything over 1.5" for glutes. I use 1" for quads and 5/8" for delts and spot injects (tris and bis).

I once had about 1cc/ml drain back up from my glute inject and deposit under the skin into the fat tissue....felt like a bee sting and I had a welt for almost a week on my ass, hurt to sit down, but nothinmg life-threatening.
