Im alternating buttcheeks (and only glutes), on week 2, theyre a little sore a few days after but im hoping i can continue this pattern, id rather not hit delts & quads.
Ive been doing EOD injections rotating glutes so hitting each cheek every 4 days for the past 8 weeks. At first they were still sore when it was time to hit them again but after a while there is no soreness ever. But you could try pinning delts, fo me it was alot easier then i thought and less pain then glutes.
