Injection sites??

Illtemper

When shooting test, is it ok to just shoot in the glute as long as you switch sides or should you shoot in the thighs also to switch it up??

I alternate between glutes and delts. IMO, the more injection sites the better (except for calves. Trust me):)

do you use shorter pins to shoot in the delt??

What about hcg, only in the stomach or is it good to switch that up??

I inject HCG right at my waist line. Chip shoots his in his delt I think. Really not sure it matters with HCG.

Thanks for the quick replys!

I hate to ask, i dont wanna sound like a vag. Is it painful to shoot in the delt?? you have to use shorter pins for that dont you?

I use a 1" 25g for delts. For me the injections don't hurt at all. I was a little nervous at first but now it's no different than brushing my teeth or shaving. It's just something I do now without really thinking about it.

Delts are much easier than quads. I hit em with a 23g 1" with no prollems. Had one of my aas buds show me the ropes with that deal and the rest is history. Still trying to work on the glutes

Quad injections are nice but I just can't seem to pin there without coming close to a nerve. Usually hurts like hell for a couple of days after. Never had that problem with any other place other than calves.

I read on a couple injectable prescription sites some time ago that it's important to switch sites when regularly pinning. I don't recall which prescriptions I was researching - just remember the statements. Both said could cause tissue damage if injecting in the same site for (I think they used the number 6-months or more). Rotation is good.

I alternate sites - glutes, quads and delts. Never sore in glutes, once in a while in delts and half the time in quads.

i have 2 sites on each glute that i like and 2 sites on each delt that i always rotate. I keep a constant rotation so as to avoid the build up of scar tissue in any one spot.

wheres your 2 spots on the delt??

what about hcg, someone mentioned you put that in the delt also??

does it matter where you inject hcg at all??

some one on this site had a link in their signiture for a really good pinning web site, it broke down all the sites one could pin and showed you how to do it,

does anyone know who that person may be? or does anyone have a link to a site that shows all pinning sites?

thanks

might be a dumb question but is there any benefit musclebuilding wise to shooting the the pec, lat tricep or anywhere else besides the glute???

I wouldn't recommend newbies getting crazy with new spot injections, especially in the chest lol. There is no reason to rotate spots. It's not like test cyp or E produce any scar tissue or anything.
