Hey-
I'm new to the game. Anyway, I've been in the gym 5 days a week for the past 3 years. I started olympic lifting about 3 months ago with one on one training through SWSC. I ended up with a minor tear in my supraspinatus. I've been sidelined for over two months now and the pain has gotten unbearable and it isn't healing. I need a plug on some gear that will help me heal. anyother advice....... besides ice and heat??

no gear will help it will only mask the problem and when you come off gear you could well be worse off bud-go get profesion treatment and forget about useing gear to try and heal your problem.

good luck

doctor treatment isn't working. two cortisone shots, one in each bursa. An absolute joke. Now the next step is physical therapy. Heal time should be shortened with some goodies???

heal time won't be shortened with some goodies thats probably how u tore your rotator cuff in the first place!!!!!!! had the same injury 2 years back and ur not gonna wanna hear it but u gotta go through physical therapy 2-3 times a week and stay off the juice for a while

Rotator cuff injuries generally dont heal themselves. Surgery is almost always required.

I wasn't juicing, never have. I have heard that growth can increase recovery rate. I'm fine doing the physical therapy required, i just want to speed the recovery process up. It's not severe enough to require surgery. I am in physical therapy 2 days a week and it's just not healing.
