Just a thought, any way you could replace the whey with say 6oz of chicken, beef jerky, can of tuna/chicken?
IMO whey is almost useless as a snack unless its pre/post workout, even casien would be better than whey. Its in and out in 45min maybe a little longer. just an idea
Agreed I've done 2 days with whey as a snack. I thought whey in the morning would be better to starve off catabolism due to night time fast. The hunger doesnt really bother me but I do wanna switch to wholefoods and keep my whey for mornings and workouts.
Feeling the hunger more than usual today. With being on a week off from work I think a lot of it is to do with me not being occupied and paying more attention to my grumbling gut.

Gonna tweak the fast meal n try it as 100g cottage cheese 12.5g almonds then with a scoop of whey tomorrow to see if there's any noticeable difference.

195.5lbs this morning. I'm dropping weight like it's going out of fashion. Dunno if I'm 100% comfortable with the amount coming off in the scale of time it has.

Maybe a bit OTT but I've been away from the gym for js under a week so wanted to try hit everything.
add in some blue berries if u can calorie wise, they r good for antioxidant and other health stuff, very recommended by the author, also bcaa's every meal! will really help keep the muscle up!

It turns out the WD is difficult during social get togethers. It was my daughters 4th birthday today and with that being said this way of eating was never gonna succeed today.
Safe to say when you follow somthing that works, you notice things ALOT more when you change back. My energy levels are down. I feel tired, bloated and generally uncomfortable. Can't wait to jump back on and get my levels back up.
198lbs i returned to work don't quite know what's happened since the weeken my weight is on a steady increase. Last week i put away a kfc n still lost weight this week is a different story. Everything seems the same energy is still up still focused only thing that's changed is I feel more bloated.
