inside elbow pain

Every time i work out bi-ceps, my inside of elbow is hurting bad, everytime i lift bi-ceps it kills. Any input that can help w/ this? Please, i need help on this cause i feels Super sore!
 
I had something going on with my left elbow for a WHILE,,, it was on the inner part (close to my body), it was fucked, i couldn't tell what it was, but it felt really deep and if i bent my arm a certain way it was almost like a bad pinch... mine was from triceps though, but i just rested and started doing light weight exercises to help it out and i took it easy for a few weeks,,,, now i have no problems at all.
 
Hardbody, would you say you feel it more while using an EZ curl bar? Or doing preacher bar?? I sometimes have the same prob. If so try using the straight bar, stretch between sets too.
 
Doing preacher curls can cause extra stress, just put some icy hot on it or maybe give it a break for awhile. Find an exercise that doesn't hurt and do that.
 
well sounds like to me you have what I have. It is called golfers Elbow. You may want to goto the doctor. If you do a search on it you will get a ton of info. it happens when you flex the wrist or twist the wrist. then only think that helps is to wear a tennis elbow brace and rest. Ice the elbow 3-4 times a day 15 mins. No heat. also go easy on the curls. Do dumbell curls light and becareful doing back as well. I had my 2nd shot of cortizone couple of months ago and I am in pain again. I just went to doc today for follow up going to finish my PT and then get an MRI. This is something that will not go away you need to rest and do light weight. I have not done this and I have only made it worse. Let me know if you want some more info. good luck.
