The last two shows I've done the judges said I looked 20% better at the night show than in the morning prejudging. In trying to figure out why, I think I may be too carb depleted before prejuding. Between the morning and night shows I eat shit like pop tarts, gummy worms, gatorade, bars, etc. With this rationale, I was thinking of using slin to carb load the Wed, Thurs and Fri before the Sat show.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
