INSULIN during or between cycles?

I have been reading up on insulin. I thought it might be a good idea to use between cycles to help keep the gains I made while on. You know, something to bridge my cycles. What do you guys think? Any better ideas?

Oh yeah and what type of insulin do you recommend?

The only insulin you should even consider would be Humalog or Humilin-R. It's non-suppressive, so it makes a reasonable bridge. However, I tend to put on much more fat when I use it out of cycle rather than on.
 
I've been using my own personal mix of humalog and humalin r since my show, and its working great, I think its a good idea between cycles, even better idea while on one
 
Thanks, for all the feedback. I have done some searching and think humulin r is my best choice, being that I workout in the morning and my diet is real clean year round. Now I am just wondering how much I should take. Since I've been off I've dropped to around a hard 225.
 
How long are you going to take it?

Short acting I think is the best.

This shit if done wrong can fuck your world up as for me I don't go over 40ius a day and I worked up to that By my 4th week I was doing
10ius/4xday

But with humulin-r allow for three daily administrations....
 
NON-SUPPRESSIVE what in the world are you talking about????? Insulin of any type doesn't suppress anything.

Just go with Humulin-R at 10 IU max post work out. When your not on cycle 3 injects a day isn't a wise option.

And since you have not used it before don't listen to this 40 IU a day junk. Start at 3 IU post work out and work up to 10IU and stay there for your first run of slin. Get to know how your body reacts.
 
IS this the smae insilin a diobetic is on?
Because my cusin is one. I wonder if she could hook me up on soft?

You need to sit back and read, stay away from insulin and gear until you are an adult. Insulin can potentially be very very dangerous, and should only be used IMO by the advanced, in drugs and diet.

I should have been more clear in my post. I wasn't implying that the other insulins were suppressive, only that insulin was a good choice for a bridge because you can recover post cycle while still making gains with slin...

That would be my advice too, and check out my post on the times I went hypo, so you know what to look for and how to deal with it
