okay guys please this will be the last question about insulin okay.

it usally takes about 5-6days to well up from a work-out i was just using stack3 for a boost.
now it takes 1-1.5 day to well up on insulin does this mean that i have low insulin levels in my body test did not even well me up like this so what is up with this please help me with this one????? :)

yes slin helps your body recover from workouts better. thats why you take it post workout, when your muscles need the glycogen and amino acids the most.

so does that mean i have low insulin levels in my body

i hope that means that i will have new muscle gains.
what do you guys think????

no it dosnt mean you have low insulin levels, the faster recovery you are seeing is because you are adding more slin than your body can produce itself leading to greater glycogen and amino acid uptake, which causes them to recover faster than they can naturaly. if you had low insulin levels you would be a diabetic.

when i was on test it took about 3-4 days to recover from my work out .
when i work out without using anything it takes about 5-6day to recover and some time longer than that

now i am on slin i recover faster than i ever had.
does that mean slin maybe a better than test for me

for recovery aparently yes, but muscle and strength gains no, slin wont beet test. in 99% of people anyways.

gains actualy come fairly quickly as your body stores abnormaly high levels of glycogen, after that it slows down because the new weight is muscle.

when you first start taking slin, it forces you to store more glycogen than normaly. after a few days, these levels top off and you simply maintain them. gains after that point are muscle or if your diet sucks fat.

so you are saying that after i get enough glycogen i will start to gain muscle right or am i wrong i just trying to learn

The more muscle glycogen you replenish after a workout, better recovery, quicker recovery. A muscle with lots of glycogen is a stonger muscle.

Staybig,
No flame here, but I think you should do a lot more research on your own, read some slin FAQS twice, and then comeback if you have anymore questions. You are a few weeks away worth of reasearch from even considering insulin in my opinion. Once again, not a flame, but you will be doing yourself a huge favor if you do more research.

thank you for your reply
i was just wondering i took test alot and it has never recovery me has fast as insulin does to me that is why i thought that insulin might be a better choose and i did read about lawnsaver interview and i was going on what the bodybuilder said .

I can't agree more. I hit up about ten different boards and used the "search" feature. Type in "SLIN". It will tell you everything you need to know. Also go to the article section here. There are some informative articles there. It may also help to answer your questions as to why slin does what it does by going to www.diabetes.org and www.diabetes.com
I can't stress the importance of being fully informed as no one deserves to find your dead body. I could say stay away from it but know from personal experience that you will do what you want and I would be a hypocrite. This statement is for research purposes only.

well i have done enough research to know if you use insulin the right way you will now die along as you get 10grams per i.u. you will be fine and make sure you have some glucose pills beside you.
