Just curious how many of you have used insulin and what you thought about the effects, I would like the people who have used slin to post how much they used, inject times, and results in numbers. I know slin is dangerous so please don't post about people should not use it this is just a poll about results, Thanks!
 
I used it for a few 4 week cycles both during Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) use and alone. I used it maily to restore glycogen as quickly as possible, and shot IM after the big days (legs, back). I also used creatine and my dose never climbed abouve 12IU. Looking back, the few ounces of actual muscle or supersaturated fiber that I gained werent worth the stress of being on slin. If you have nothing to do after you lift, give it a try. I did lose a little strength each time I came off, and Im not sure what to contribute that to. Also gained a maybe 2-3lbs each time but since the slin was always ran with creatine, Im pretty sure I was just holding a little extra water. Honestly, the only time id run slin now is post cycle therapy (pct). It does really help me keep strength and size. Defintly include creatine, glutamine and hit the protein hard. Is it worth it...depends on your goals/expectations.
 
I've run humalog and humalin r many times and never been very impressed. This time I will try much longer acting to see if it works better, as the other stuff just isnt active long enough to make the difference
 
I just started running Humalin R for the first time post-workout 10iu's only. I will post back in a few weeks with my progress.
 
I did 10 ui Humalog Post-training
I Drunk 100g of simple sugar
I Took 40 of protein powder.
1 hour after I took 2 cup of rice and 300g meat
Did it for 4 weeks.

Result= No change maybe +1 or 2 pounds....


But I read good result if you mix it with creatine in post-workout diet.
I will try it in my post-cyle therapy.
 
I got up to as high as 15 iu's of humalog pwo. Once you get a hang on your body you can go much lower than the 10 g carb/iu rule of thumb. But, don't be dumb and do it from the start as you don't know how you'll react. If you are on cycle go for it, I wouldn't use it by itself though.
 
Great Results

well the key to insulin is, the synergic effect it does when used properly and with test,+ gh, i have used insulin with gh about 500mg of test a week, for about 2 months. i hag great results, the reason i know this beacuse i have tried the same combination with out the slin and seen good results but not great. then again i have used actually went as high as 30iu, and trust me if you watch your diet there is nothing wrong with it. here is what i have done.


morning : Gh shot 4iu Slin shot, long acting+short acting

afternoon: around 3pm short acting shot (lleaves the body in 2hours)

after work out : around 7 short acting

you really have to pay attention to what you eat there are really good threads here on how to use slin and when to eat and what to eat.

i seen crazy results but i had a very strict diet, no sugar at all, any kind, load up on protein each time an hour before shot and an hour after shot.

like i said do some reasearch and you will really see some great results as long as it is done properly.
 
i ran 10 iu's of humalog for two weeks. i gained 12lbs but about 5lbs were fat. i like the stuff and would use it again.
 
I have just finished my 2nd week on slin using 10iu's post workout. I have gained about 5lbs and some noticeable strength. I also seem to be more vascular and lean. I will report back with my final results after the 4th week.
 
My calorie intake has been slightly higher than my maintenance needs as I am trying to maintain my weight and increase lean mass. My diet is very good and clean with pleanty of protein and carbs.
