just woundering if insulin is worth taking with a test and tren cycle..iv done my reserch onit and no the dangers ect,,i have taken it b4 with test cycles but not religously also how is the best way to take it i usualy start on 4ius and cycle up weekly dont go higher than 6ius tho is this right?
 
Depends on your goals, experience, and knowledge of use.

IMO most people have no need for it. If just looking to get big then gear will do that.

Anyway, 4 weeks on 4 off max. Personally I would take longer breaks but depends on why you are using it.

I would start at 2iu pwo with a protien/carb drink followed by a meal 30 minutes to an hour later and have glucose tabs on hand at all times. Then build up by 1 iu a day until you reach your desired amount. Typically guys shoot for 10 iu pwo but 6-7 would be plenty. Some guys like it pre workout but you run the risk of going hypo while training and I don't like that idea.

I wouldn't go over 10 iu. I would also always have glucose tabs or something similar with me even after it's supposed active window. Most people prefer humalog because it's fast acting. I hear hard gainers like humilin r because it a little longer acting. Either way, know the active length of which one you choose and be prepared to deal with symptoms.
 
I'v been told from time after time (people who use gear for 10years+) that insulin should be last on the list.
Growth hormone all that should come before Insulin.
Overdose on insulin and you die or go into shock or something..
 
I agree insulin is last and 99% of people shouldn't even mess with it. Myself included.

I forgot to answer original question but yes if you are using insulin, it should be with AAS to get the most out of it. Honestly it should be used with AAS and gh if you are going to take the risk.

One thing people do wrong is get lazy and not stick to a struck diet during the active window. If you ears fats, or junk period, you will get fat. Many people inject slin then get very hungry and start eating everything they can find, or start to go hypo and get scared and again eat a bunch of junk. You need carbs and protien during the active window and that's it.
