This is a good interview with a Dr. from Harvard.
I agree with most of it and it's good solid info. to take to a problematic Dr.
I don't agree with the mid to upper level of 500-600, and I see he admits the peaks and valleys of 2 or 4 week injections, and doesn't mention Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or HCG...
