Interpreting lab results

Hi! I have some somptoms of low T. The biggest problem is a none excisting libido. The results are measured in unspecified amounts, but there are reference ranges.
The test was taken 9AM.

Lab results:
Free T: 17 (8-35)
TSH: 0.95 (0.2-4.0)
Free T4: 15.4 (11.0-23.0)
Prolactin: 211 (<700)
Estradiol: 0.12 (<0.18)

Can you comment on the results? The free T seems to be low for my age (23) since the reference range is for all ages. I feel awful, and feel that my life is worthless. I just excist, but don't have any pleasure doing anything anymore. I work out 3 times a week, have a very good diet, and make sure I get plenty of sleep.

I have an appointment in approx 2 weeks, and I will discuss this further with my GP. But I fear that I will be dismissed because I am in the "normal" range. Is there some study on average free test levels for my age group that i can refer to?

If I dont get threatment I think I will try to fix the problem myself with steroids. This scares me a bit, because I dont want to abuse steroids. I just want to be at a functional level.

at 23 you want to consider all your other options before getting on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life. your just too young and since your in normal range its going to be a real hard sell to any doctor.
