Wassup fellas -
So last Tuesday I was doing Leg press and I let the weight come down way too fast - felt a pop in my lower right side - Right under rib cage. Since then I'm sure I bruised my rib (have not gotten a X-ray) - but has continued training just no CORE work, leg press or anything that I have to pull up. Been taking Ibuprofen after work outs and heat pads applied to side where it aches. I was planning on doing 12 week test C only cycle but not sure if I should cut it short or just push through. Any suggestions? Have any of you been this type of injury?? Fucking Blows man!
