Introducing Muscle Research Pump Juice Extreme

OK, I used it last night about 30 minutes prior to working out. Same feeling of being more alive and awake. I found that I did not tire as easily when working out and therefor did more/harder than I normally do. This is good and bad. The good, obviously, is that I had a better work out AND still felt human afterwards! The bad is that I ended up getting a slight headache from working out harder than I normally do. A shower and a 20 minute rest period cured that, so all is good.

Just wanted to weigh in with my newbie view on the product. I like it. I used D-POL by Purus Labs in the past and it basically did nothing at all for me.

For the headache piece, just make sure you are drinking a lot of water in addition to any solutions, etc... that you drink. Working harder leads to dehydration easier, so you want to make sure you re-hydrate enough.

happy to hear you enjoyed pump juice I 2nd the water intake the same thing happens to be if I go too long without water.

Now that I have been using it for a bit, I can say the effects have not stopped or diminished - except the headaches now that I am doubling my water intake. :)

pumps are great of this and im a real pump junkie lol, at $30 for a month supply the price is very respectable too.

I picked up a bottle will give it a go tomorrow can't wait!!!!!!!! since I've been off stims for quite awhile should be a fun ride

Okay, well I finally got to take Pump Juice, today. I was gone on my honeymoon and had a hectic week back, so today was my first day back in the gym since being home.

I tossed 1 scoop into my shaker cup and I'll let you know up front my review is likely a little off because I always like LCLT and Citrulline Malate in my pre-workouts (even though nothing else was needed for pump; I just like it to boost blood arginine levels and prefer taking it then rather than at a different time in the day). So, it makes pre-workouts a bit more tart and tasty than just on their own.

First impression when opening it was not good lol. It's because the smell reminded me of OLD pre-workouts like NaNO Vapor and that stuff made me literally puke on more than one occasion. The good news is it tasted nothing like that. It was delicious and that's a fact. So don't let the smell fool you.

It did foam up a bit on me, but I could have easily not shook as hard or waited around to take it. Easy solution for me when this happens is I just take and add another 3 oz of water or so after, swish it around, and make sure I don't miss anything.

For being out of my typical gym setting for nearly 3 weeks now (lifted twice on the cruise and had several good workouts swimming, kayaking, walking, etc.), I was impressed with the pump coming back. And as other have said, I definitely noticed I was sweating more than usual (and this is coming from someone who has used DNP, so I can really notice this now lol).

The only thing that could prove to be a negative is I had a kind of minor sick feeling in the pit of my chest, right under my sternum. It could have just been that I didn't eat nearly as much as I normally do before lifting or that it was close to my Keto Burn dosing and thus more caffeine closer together than I'm used to. I'll update on this as I go.

But overall, I really have to say I like it and love that I don't have to add as much as I do to most pre-workouts I use. And I may stop adding the LCLT since I use Compete intra-workout and get some via that anyway. But yeah, the cit mal is just something I always use after having low blood arginine levels show up from an amino acid blood panel and using that for a few week sent it skyrocketing up.

This appears to be a winner and I'm thrilled to have it.

Yeah? Good tip. Mine came in the other day..can't wait to give it a go!

not that it matters massively I guess but the flavour is the best one iv had from all the pre-workouts iv tried over the yrs and is very palatable. The pumps are very good and really take hold, but also last a while which I like and gives me some posing time afterwards lol.
For the price you cannot go wrong and you can stretch it out over a month no probs.
The only down side for me is the beta tingles as I get them bad but that's the same with any beta product.

Well worth trying this out guy's if your in the market for a new cost effective pre-workout formula :D
