I tried them , but only had about 10.. They were painless and broke open easily. I wish I had more to give them a fair trial, but they seemed to improve joint and tendon pain. I didn't notice much as far as gains, but only did 1 per week for 8 weeks and 2 for 2 weeks along with 600 mgs test. Over all I would buy more if they were around. I like the amps especially when they snap off easily like these do.
