Remember this is not a race... it's a marathon and if you love the sport you be involved until you absolutely cannot or you die .
I advise in short at your age... Stay with the BASIC protocol with cycles. Get your diet on point and I don't care how long you've been training unless you get the pure mind and muscle connection you are not getting the max out of all of this.
I recommend to everyone Arnold's Encyclopedia of BB to learn HOW to TRAIN what and how to properly do each exercise. What stance and or grip for what the purpose you have. IE: inside quads, outside quads, upper and lower and the same with any and all your specific (wants) needs. Bicep's inside outer, inner. Wide latts lower, thickness and on, and on. This book is invaluable and will never get outdated.
Stick with basics in the first 5 years and you CAN NOT go wrong. You will grow. Proper diet, training and rest and after 25 years of age proper proven protocol with aas. Good luck
