Is Clomid a good thing to take if you don't want to take gear?

Ive read about Clomid leading to size and strength gains in the gym. Is this true?

Is it a good building block for people who like the thought of gear but are not educated enough to start using them?
 
Yes. Clomid is one of the best "natty" test boosters around. It will boost your free and total testosterone even if you aren't hypogonadal. The results aren't as dramatic as you'd get with a real cycle, but it has the advantage of not shutting down your natural testosterone production.
 
If you aren't hypogonadal I wouldn't expect any changes in body composition. It may boost libido and would definitely increase sperm count etc. There seems to be more and more data supporting a a trt option for those that aren't primary hypogonadal.
 
Why don't u put this much effort into diet and training. Your obviously not ready for gear whatsoever.
 
Keep in mind that there are risks that come with using clomid and negative side effects. For example vision problems.
 
This is when we need 3j to chime in and in his signature it shows exactly where results come from

"80% diet , 15% training, 5% gear"

As you spend more time learning about the gym you will see this is the truth
There is no quick easy way, the path is paved with sweat and hard work!
 
Yes I understand that.

I am eating 4000 cals per day.

220 grams of Protein
385 grams of carbs
147 grams of fats

I know what I am doing. Work a different muscle group each day, six days per week.
 
Personally I would have my protein intake higher around 275-300
If you are truly eating that every day and not gaining weight then you are not eating enough.
I forget who I saw say it from the forum but it was something along the lines of
" You have to eat for the size you want to be not the size you are"

So eat more, if you don't gain then eat even more than that.

Hardgainers don't exist just soft eaters

Most of the time the people who say this don't really know what they're doing otherwise they wouldn't be posting threads about Var only cycles. However good you think your training and diet is, it's not and could probably use improvement. See 3J he'll do better for you than clomid or var only cycles will.

I completely agree, 3j is phenomenal at what he does, just look at his before and after pictures

I feel emotional and wierd on it and break out with acne that's worse then anything I ever get. I'm so glad I'm on trt and never have to fool with that shit again.
