Is eating Fast food (hamburgers) good during a cycle

I have been reading a lot of posts lately about people eating fast food, hamburgers particularly, to get some quick calories.

My question is ---Does this do more harm than good while on a bulking phase (eating fast food)??????

I'm thinking its better than nothing especially after a workout, but maybe I'm wrong. Anyone have any personal experience or expert advice.
 
Be more concerned about "Is it healthy for your body," thats a pretty easy answer. No, not really. Every once on awhile, sure, but eating fast food every day to put on extra weight will result in higher body fat too. What are you on? I've noticed with Tren in particular that the amount of body fat I've put on while bulking has been less substantial even with a non-totally clean diet. In the end, it just really depends on what your goals are. Eating junk like that, especially while on gear, is going to lead to higher blood pressure and cholesterol. I'd prefer to just eat *more* of clean foods. Buy frozen sirloin patties at the grocery store. They have like 91-93% lean burgers that you can cook yourself. And you can use wheat buns over shitty white bread they use at McDonalds or wherever. And get more protein. I only eat fast food when im in a big time constraint or when I'm being just plain lazy. And that's no way to go.

My diet is superclean. I have taken 1 yr. off to just focus on BodyBuilding. The past 7 months I have been at 350-400g of protein every day, 700-800g carbs every day, and over 6,000 calories every day (I have not done a shredding cycle yet). My BF is way low 8-9% and i'm very happy with the way my body looks.

But could I get the same results by adding a fast food to get quick calories????? The reason I ask is because sometimes I get sick of cooking and rather go get fast food but never do, or get sick of eating the same foods over and over. I'm sure you know what i mean.
 
if ur gonna eat fast food id prob stay away from the burgers.. thin little greasy patties, and grab one of the chicken sandwichs from wendys..not the value ones either, ive heard that wendys chicken is the most decent in a time of need, and if u want fast food beef id go with tbell, most fast food burgers suck in my opinion except in and out burger, if u live near one, but a big mac can do the trick once in a while, and on another note, their fish filets arent bad either..mcdonalds that is
 
if im going to have a whopper jr or anything of the kind, i take off the bottom bun and ask for no mayo. use mustard instead. in the case where you absolutely have to eat it, do that and it will seriously help.
 
it's better to eat all your calories in fast food than it is to undereat if you want to build muscle. So if you really cant eat clean, you go for it. Not the best course of action though.

And to the guys whining about health, I highly doubt he will suffer major health problems eating a burger once in a while
