Hey everyone I need some immediate advice. Preferably from some veterans. I started a cycle 4 weeks ago. It is a test E and EQ. It was just brought to my attention that EQ is not safe to take unless you can donate blood every month. I just did the first of my 4th week injection. No longer will I be taking EQ. I'm kind of startle about the thickening blood. What should I do?

EQ increases hemocrit, ie., which is why people get a raving appetite on it, and some (myself) get red skin at times. Don't panic. Just have a blood panel done. If you're going to use goodies, you should have had a baseline blood panel, then another 4-6 weeks into the cycle.

I just don't want to run into any problems I'm suddlenly hearing about EQ. I thought I did my research on EQ correct as I did for other anabloic steroids I've taken. But im now hearing of all these problems. I guess I will head to the lab and have my new blood panel done next week since the eq should just be kicking in. Now since I'm going to cut eq out should I do a blood dump to be safe?

NO. You don't need to panic, and drop the EQ. You need to have a blood panel done. You're working yourself up. Hell, Anadrol does something similar, and people didn't drop like flies using it the last 40 yrs. The things you SHOULD be concerned with, are things like are you healthy? Are you low in bodyfat? Are you a smoker? (Yes, smoking increases hemocrit) Last, you really should have had a baseline blood panel done before ever getting into gear so you could have a starting point to compare against. IMO, stay on the EQ and simply call your doc and set up an appointment. NO, don't go in there in some panic. Just let your doc know you're taking some otc supplements (NOT GEAR*), and need a complete workup. If he/she won't draw your labs, go somewhere else.

*Note. Your doc makes notes in your chart. Don't think for a single minute that an insurance company won't get those records if you apply for life insurance, etc., later down the road. It's sad, but true...

You really should have been aware of all side effects prior to injecting it into your body. Butsince your already there... As mentioned get your blood panel done.

If your really worried you can always do a therapuetic plehbotomy at home. I've done it before its really not too difficult. Just make sure you do your research FIRST this time on safety methods/insertion technique etc. and make sure you have someone else in the room watching you if you think theres ANY chance of you feinting halfway through.

Draw out around 400mls and dump it down the drain. Don't hang onto it too long or it will coagulate and become very hard to get rid of. I used a 19gauge needle and it took forever so I'd suggest using a slightly larger bore.

Or you could always wait for your blood panel.. Im sure a few extra days won't matter too much.

Thank you guys for all your help. How I overlooked this one single side effect of EQ is my own fault. I have an appointment today to go donate blood. Then have a appointment at my lab on Friday to get a blood panel done.
