Just remember guys the level of service IMT provides is far and above 90% of the field out there. I know they spend a lot of time talking with their clients and potential clients. If guys are paying and then calling everyday to find out whats going on with there stuff it doesn't speed anything up. Just imagine you could be a patient of a firm I know of and they actually charge you $72 dollars on each phone consultation, even if its a simple questions about dosage. When double voicemails or multiple messages are left they claim on there website it takes them longer to call you back.
Imagine going to your doctor and he told you he was going to write you a prescription for such and such......... would you be able to call and ask questions? or would you have to make an appt and go in and see the doctor?
IMT is very busy, the demand in this field is very high and we are lucky to even have a place to go to and get the medication we need. Mistakes happen and yes sometimes you need to call and say hey what the hell is going on with my stuff, but thats after 2 weeks, not 2 days.
Be patient fellas........ they will take care of you.
