Running test-e an dbol I found that against what everyone had said I started out gyming every day. An was getting less results in the tape measure. I had other commitments an did two days at gym two days off for about two weeks an the results started flowing.this is going against so many advises I've found...
Is it normal or have I just wasted a cycle by knocking back the hrs when the gear started kicking in
Anyone else found this on cycle or is that odd.

for me it's all diet. when my diet is good I gain. when it's off I don't get much out of it

Diet, regime (do you get enough sleep and recovery?), works out...

This ^^^. along with diet you must rest and recuperate to have gains. You can very easily over train. We as novices can weaken ourselves and get slower gains. Remember we are no like the pro's with there scientific diets and training that they prove to work for them individually. When we train we tear down muscle fibers. WE eat to fuel ourselves we train and we fuel out body's to grow as we rest. there are the general protocols and then there are the unique individual schedules. You must find what works for you. Then again that pattern might change and we do it a little different so we see the gains after a plateau.

Log what you do and see what works for you keeping in mind the three parts, training, eating and rest. The resting is easy the diet is tough and the workout is what you can handle with what motivation and drive you have. Good luck

Damn I can barely read this. I guarantee your diet was whack bro. Even with no gear
The right diet will make you see results. I can't say this enough- it's all
About your diet!!!!!! Done period!
