i am getting ready to start a clen cycle (2 weeks on 2 weeks off).

stats:
5'9
206 lbs
17 percent body fat (roughly 30 lbs of fat)

i was thinking of mixing a testosterone cycle for my 2 weeks off clen and i was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for what i should use as far as gear or if should not do that while cycling clen and possibly personal experiences. thanks!
 
well if its not necessary to run it for two weeks no, but i was wondering if its possible to fit it into my clen cycle and i am getting ready to use my first batch of clen next week.
 
Unless you're planning on running TNE (suspension) which is definitely NOT recommended for beginners, you'd want to run a real test cycle given you're old enough. If you're under 25, I wouldn't even run clen as it can mess with your heart. ECA (Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin) is a great alternative that's a bit easier on your cardiovascular system. A real test cycle being 12+ weeks with a long-release ester.
 
An actual physician recommened you to use clen? That's crazy I've never heard of any physician doing that lol. I'm not saying I don't believe you so please don't take it as that, I've just never heard anything like that.

haha nono that came out wrong he didnt directly say use it he just said my heart is healthy enough that i shouldnt have any problems

Probably because the doctor doesn't know what clenbuterol is. Look OP it's your body and you can do what you want with it, but you're obviously dodging the age question, so all I can say is that you have one body - treat it with respect, or you'll hate life when you're my age. You don't need stimulants to lose weight, just proper diet and a consistent training program. I know the temptation is great, but I've yet to see a shortcut that doesn't only take you one step forward, but also two steps backwards.

you could have looked at my profile to see my age... im 18 yes, i have been on the same diet for the past 6 months i lost 37 lbs in four...the past 2 months i have stayed the same constant weight (between 205-210) and have not dropped its getting annoying because i was supposed to have lost all fat or almost all by summer i still have 30 lbs to go and my summer has started! does it really hurt that bad to do one cycle of clen... also one question i saw a guy on a post who said he ran it for 2 months (2 weeks on 2 weeks off) is that the normal length? because i was told just to do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and that was it unless i misinterpreted it. thanks

My magic eight ball isn't working right now so I can't tell you for sure if you'll be okay or not. Clenbuterol is a handy tool used in cutting body fat, but on the same token it can cause permanent damage to your heart, especially one that is still developing as yours is. I would honestly look at your diet first. If this isn't in check, you won't lose much on clen anyway and you'll just get the jitters and headaches for nothing. I'd have a proper diet with the proper macronutrient breakdowns and run at a 500kcal deficit while keeping a good 5 day a week weight training program that you stick to. I PROMISE you that if you think you're missing out this summer by being 30lbs overweight, just spend it busting your ass to improve your body - once you get to the college campus you'll feel silly as not only are the chicks 100x hotter, but they actually like to fuck with less games involved.

You're at a great age and with the right mindset, you'll be knee deep in strange poon-tang before you know it. Just hit the weights hard and remember: That pizza might sound AMAZING, but at upwards of 300 calories a slice - that's an HOUR or more of cardio to burn off just that slice. ;) Oh, to answer your question - yes, it's 2 on 2 off and it can be run for several months like that. I still don't think you need it at all, but I'd rather you at least know how to run it properly if my words don't stick. :p

Haha, my bad - I was thinking back when I was your age. Females were ALWAYS on my mind. I'll take a peek, but I still think you'd be better off with an ECA stack personally. :p

well yes they are but i live in an area where all the girls wanna do is bone so im straight haha thats why im not worried but yes please take a look
 
I was like damn what kinda doctor recommends someone to take clen but I agree with Halfwit try out the eca stack and do some fasted cardio. Those 2 things should do wonders for you.
 
The problem is if you take test then you need to do a post cycle therapy (pct). I think if you did Tesp-P EOD that you may be able to get by on two weeks without a post cycle therapy (pct). What dose are you thinking?
