I just ran out of protein poweder and have a jug of Power Planet Night Power (supposed to use it at night, before bed), my girl is out of town with my debit card and I refuse to go write a check to OVERPRICED gnc.

Can I use this stuff just the same. I know it's not instatized, it's slow-release, but can I get away with using it as my staple shake for a week or so?
