Hello all.

I have read and been told before to use igf1lr3 as PCT because it will help hold onto muscle and help recover.
I am curious how you guys would use PCT with IGF1LR3 and how it went?
Also if you liked RUI's IGF-1LR3?

Thanks a ton guys!!!

All of RUI's products are quality. Igf-1 is great for pct. It keeps you in an anabolic state and helps you better utilize your calories when hormones are low. A good starting dose is 40mcg bilaterally. So if you're training biceps thats 20mcg in each bicep. I like to pin pre workout for great pumps.

I highly rec RUI's IGF1 and highly rec it with PCT.
There are varying preferences but i would rec; 50-80mcg ed 5-7 days a week IMO for the duration of PCT and a few weeks passed.

Im glad you posted in this thread juced. So would you say it is ok to run igf for 3 months straight, no breaks?

I'm not that bad as far as being able to stay awake. I wanted to ask about my timing though. Currently this is my protocol

First Injection (5 am): Upon waking. Wait 30 minutes before I consume anything besides water.

I've read about the benefits of pre and/or post workout injections. For me with my commute, etc doing a pre workout injection is damn near impossible for me, or would be very difficult. So, my 2nd injection is post workout. I've also read it's ok to have protein around the time of injection just not carbs, because it's the presence of insulin that screws with the release.

Second Injection (Time varies 6:30pm-7:00pm): As soon as I finish training I have whey isolate, drive home then take my injection immediately. I wait 30 minutes then have a meal with carbs.

Third Injection Bedtime (Time varies 9:30pm-10;30pm)

Does that look pretty good?
