Is the sale of Fina being monitored?

Saw a strange post on another board where a member claims that the authorities came to his house asking about fina pellets. They said they tracked him from his credit card? This sounds fishy. Why would the police come to your house to sieze something that is perfectly legal to possesss? Also I don't think they have the right to do so, and they can't enter without a warrant right? What do you guys think? Anyone experience this?
