Hey guys,
Obviously drink as much water as you can to help keep your body in good terms but right now i found some turkey patties that are kind of high in salt but otherwise have amazing macros. Ive been eating a lot of them and was wondering if there was like a ratio between mg of salt to water you should drink
what kind of protocol do you guys follow for this
