is there a way of Anavar testing...

Well just ordered another 3 bottles of taurine to go along with the incoming var LOL. Didnt know youd need that much. I've been using 3g a day now 2 in the morning pre workout and one at night along with my glutamine (thanks to you).

Some people do lol. Unfortunately I've yet to hear of anyone going over 10g daily so I'm a bit hesitant to play guinea pig, although I might need it lol. I was also one 1g test, and I ALWAYS get horrible back pumps going over 500mg per week. Started with 5-8grams daily, and that had it under control. Now the var's kicking it I've upped to 10g, but it's still getting to me lol. Life is cruel!
 
any time I'm doing a blast of any compound, and I'm "anabolic" I get hot -- very often I have to sit next to an open window. just what happens when your body is in a high anabolic state. just sitting here next to an open window I'm building muscle.

I agree, combo of increased calories, metabolism and that the androgenic effect absolutely increases body temp a little bit. Tren is worst for this, but even on a cruise I get comments from girls I'm always warm, on blasts even more so and I actually notice this.

For Cramps, like Prince said, Taurine is excellent and keep hydrated as you should on oral AAS. Magnesium can also help with cramping so I rec. adding that in (go for the chelated form of magnesium).

Legend! I'll give magnesium a shot bud. Can you recommend a starting dosage for pumps/cramps?
 
The label states 500mg per cap Magnesium Chelate, I take 2 in the morning with breakfast and 2 at night with dinner, the max recommend doseage on the label is 3x caps 3x daily.

Most definitely works for cramps and muscle tension and isn't placebo effect, plus it has other benefits like cardiovascular health etc etc. A lot of people are magnesium deficient too, so you may find it of good benefit. Plus it's cheap too, I got a bottle of 120 caps for something like $30. One of my staple supps. that are worth the $.
 
Yeah start smashing Taurine lol. I just started var a week ago and my lower backs fucking killing me lol. I'm already on 10g taurine so may just have to ride it out :(

I rec 1-3g taurine every day on or off cycle, its great for your body and mind! : )
I toss in 1g in my protein drinks
 
well known source had their 'var' test out to being straight up winstol

only one company i know of thats carrying legit anavar at the moment..
