Going to be running a long low-dose cycle of DNP soon and afterwards I was considering running my first Test/Nolva cycle but I'm trying to avoid gaining mass at all costs. I'm hoping for a lean, tight look (think Lu Xiaojun rather than John Cena or Big Ron Coleman). I'm only 5'8'' so I tend to pack on mass pretty easily...
My intuition tells me that this is going to be a matter of strict, high protein/low fat diet + cardio and that my lifting will have to take second place to running and HIIT -- is the true?
Either way, my overall goal is to be strong for a lighter weight class (~165), so should I cut down to 150/145 before I run the first cycle?
